Honey Moon – Sweets on the Sugar Moon 🌙🍬

Somewhere out there is a moon made entirely of sugar – and you are here to mine it. Honey Moon by Moritz Dressler, published by NSV in the pocket-sized MINNYS series, is a quick roll-and-write game for 2 to 6 players aged 8 and up, in about 5 minutes.

Each player has their own moon sheet. On every turn, the die is rolled and everyone extends their network of tunnels by crossing off exactly as many spaces as the die shows – always in a straight line, either horizontally or vertically. When your tunnel crosses an item, you collect it: sweets earn points, and complete sets of sweets earn even more. But watch out for the pickles hidden in the moon, because they cost you points at the end. As soon as anyone completes the first set of sweets, a timer starts that will bring the game to its end, so the pressure rises with every roll. Then everyone adds up their sweets and sets, subtracts the pickles, and the player with the most points wins. Small enough for a pocket and quick enough for a break, Honey Moon is a sweet little filler for travelling, cafés and family evenings.
