14-Day Stress-Free Returns & Refunds
At Happy Games - Fun Everyday, we want to ensure a delightful shopping experience. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days for a hassle-free refund. Just follow these simple steps:
Submit a return request:
- Go to Request a Return page.
- Request a return by logging in with one-time 6-digit password, selecting the order, choosing the items to return, specifying a return reason, and adding a note for us.
Await approval:
- If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you'll receive an email with shipping instructions.
Ship the product:
- Carefully pack the items and follow the provided shipping instructions.
Receive your refund:
- Once the product is returned, we'll process your refund.
Consider a Partial Refund
In most cases, partial refund is the best option, as it saves both time and additional shipping costs. We're here to make your experience as smooth as possible.
To be eligible for a return or a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like legacy type games which require you to consume or mark the components of the game.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refund Payment Processing
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
