Step into Portugal's royal court in Azul: Queen's Garden from Next Move Games! King Manuel I has commissioned the finest garden designers to create an extraordinary garden for his wife, Queen Maria of Aragon. Designed by Michael Kiesling, this standalone strategy game in the Azul series is for 2–4 players aged 10+.

Over four rounds, you arrange plants, trees and ornamental features into the most beautiful garden. Six patterns, spread evenly across six colours, are the heart of the game, and each pattern's value shows both its cost and its points: the bird has two wings, the flower four petals. On your turn, you acquire tiles, place a tile, place a garden expansion or pass. To acquire, choose a pattern or a colour from the display and take all tiles and garden expansions of that pattern in different colours, or of that colour in different patterns. Everything goes into your storage, which holds only 12 tiles and 2 garden expansions, so every grab needs planning. To place a tile in your garden, pay its cost by discarding hexagons from your storage that share either the same pattern in different colours or the same colour in different patterns, with jokers filling any gaps. Each round ends with scoring, and the garden that most skilfully combines patterns and colours wins the Queen's blessing.
