HexRoller – Roll, Pick, Write, Connect 🎲🔷

A fast and tricky roll-and-write game: everyone uses the same dice, but everyone fills their own hex grid. HexRoller by Rustan Håkansson, published by Frosted Games, is for 1–8 players aged 8+. This edition has English and German rules.

Everyone takes a sheet from the pad, and together you choose to play on the front (seven rounds) or the back (six rounds). One player rolls the dice – eight on the front, seven on the back – and sorts them by number. Then all players act at the same time. Choose one of the rolled numbers and write it into as many hexes as there are dice showing that number. The first hex you fill must touch a hex with the same number, written or printed, and each following one must touch the hex you just filled. Then do the same with a second, different number, and note both numbers in the boxes at the bottom left of your sheet. Once per round you may use one of your three bonuses: write a number into one more hex, write a 2 into any empty hex, or write a third rolled number. At the end, you score filled outer areas, the double-value middle area, connections between equal printed numbers, your two straights and unused bonuses. The player with the most points wins.
