Ticket to Ride Amsterdam – Trade in 15 Minutes 🛒🌷

Ticket to Ride: Amsterdam by Alan R. Moon, published by Days of Wonder, is a compact standalone member of the Ticket to Ride family set in 17th-century Amsterdam. It is for 2 to 4 players aged 8+ and plays in about 10 to 15 minutes.

Instead of trains, each player has 16 plastic carts and a scoring marker. Everyone starts with two Transportation cards and two Contract cards, keeping at least one contract. On your turn, you do one thing: draw Transportation cards, claim a route by discarding a set of cards that matches its colour and length, or draw two new Contract cards and keep at least one. Grey routes can be claimed with cards of any one colour. Claimed routes score points immediately according to their length. If a route shows cart symbols, you also take a Merchandise Bonus card, only one per route no matter how long it is. Contracts show two locations and a point value: connect them with a continuous path of your routes to score the value at the end, or lose it if you fail. When a player has two or fewer carts left, everyone gets one last turn. Then players add or subtract their contract values, and the players with the most Merchandise Bonus cards earn extra points.
