Pandemic: Iberia – Stop Four Diseases in 1848 🚂💧

It's the mid-19th century and the Iberian Peninsula is awash in malaria, typhus, cholera and yellow fever. Pandemic: Iberia by Jesús Torres Castro and Matt Leacock (Z-Man Games) is a standalone cooperative game for 2–5 players aged 8+, in about 45 minutes.

As members of the Second Royal Philanthropic Expedition, you must stop the four diseases from spreading. Each player takes on one of seven roles, such as the rural doctor or the agronomist, each with special abilities. You travel across Spain and Portugal by carriage, boat and train, treat patients, share knowledge and research the diseases at the hospitals. This edition brings a historical twist to the classic Pandemic gameplay: purify the water supply to slow the spread of disease, or build a railroad network to make travel between hospitals faster. Outbreaks and new infections keep the pressure on, so you need to plan together and use every role well. For an extra challenge, the box includes challenge cards that change the game, plus an art book with historical background. Whatever direction you take, you win or lose as a team.
