Wingspan Asia – Birds of a New Continent 🐦🌏

Two games in one box. Wingspan Asia by Elizabeth Hargrave, illustrated by Natalia Rojas and Ana Maria Martinez Jaramillo and published by Stonemaier Games, is a standalone game for 1 or 2 players and, at the same time, an expansion for any version of Wingspan – for ages 10 and up, in about 40 to 70 minutes.

As in the original, you attract birds to your wildlife preserve, gather food, lay eggs and build combinations of bird powers that grow stronger every round. Wingspan Asia brings 90 new bird cards from across the continent. Played on its own, the box offers two ways to play: a solo game against the Automa, and a competitive Duet mode for two players, in which you also place tokens on a shared duet map to score extra points. If you already own Wingspan, you can shuffle the new birds into your collection – and with the new Flock mode, combined with the player components of the core game, up to six or seven players can join a game. The box contains everything for standalone play, including food tokens, wooden eggs, dice, a birdfeeder board and a bird tray.
