Imperial Settlers: Why Can't We Be Friends – New Cards for Every Faction 🏰🤝

The first Empire Pack for Imperial Settlers, the card game of building and expanding your empire from Portal Games. Why Can't We Be Friends adds 55 new cards for all four factions of the base game – and a new way to deal with your neighbours.

The expansion contains 10 new cards each for the Barbarians, Japanese, Romans and Egyptians, 13 new common cards and 2 virtual player faction cards for the single-player variant. Simply mix the cards into the matching decks of the base game and play. The big new idea is the Open Production Location. It works like a standard Production Location – giving its owner goods when it is built and again in each Production phase – but it also introduces a new action: you can send one of your workers to an enemy's Open Production Location to collect the goods it provides. Suddenly your opponents' buildings are useful to you, too. Experienced players can also build their own Faction deck from the cards of their choice: a fixed deck of 30 cards made up of three cards with three copies, six cards with two copies and nine single cards. Please note: this is not a stand-alone expansion – you need the Imperial Settlers base game to play.
