Patchwork Valentine Edition – A Box Full of Sweets 💝🍫

Forget the flowers, put away the chocolate box: this box is filled with pink, sugar-sweet Patchwork romance. Lookout's Valentine Edition is Uwe Rosenberg's two-player puzzle game with a new look, for 2 players aged 8+, in up to 30 minutes.

Patchwork Valentine is a re-theme of Patchwork. It does not change any of the game mechanics – only the artwork and some components were changed. Instead of fabric patches, you fit golden, foil-wrapped truffles and other chocolate pieces onto your player board and stuff the gaps with petit fours. The rules stay the same. On your turn you either take one of the three patches in front of the meeple and pay for it with pralines and time, or you move ahead on the time board and collect pralines. Whoever is behind on the time board takes the next turn, so a cheap piece can cost you a lot of time. Some pieces bring in extra pralines every time you pass a payout space. At the end, empty spaces on your board cost points, and the player with the most pralines wins. The box suits any romantic occasion – an anniversary, a proposal or a quiet evening for two.
