Fly Home! – Help the Birds Before Nightfall 🐦🦉

Night is coming, and the birds are still far from home. Fly Home! by Chloé Girodon, illustrated by Lisa Voisard and published by Helvetiq with La Salamandre, is a cooperative memory and observation game for 1 to 4 players aged 6 and up, in about 20 to 30 minutes.

All players win or lose together. At the start, you choose three trait tables and lay out the cards face down in a grid. On your turn, you reveal three cards. If all three birds share one of the active traits, the group sends one of them back to its habitat. Complete a habitat, and you may even return an extra bird. But be careful: if you reveal two identical birds, your turn ends at once. Binocular cards let you secretly peek at a card and describe it to the others, and you may talk the whole time to help each other remember. The owls are the danger – when the sixth owl appears, night falls and the game ends. Count how many birds you have brought home and try to beat your score next time.
