Kluster Duo – The Magnetic Duel 🧲⚡

Big, unstable magnets and one string. Kluster Duo by Paula and Robert Henning, published by Borderline Editions, is a family-friendly dexterity game for ages 7 and up, in about 10 to 20 minutes.

Kluster's rules are extremely simple, yet they allow for many strategic possibilities. Lay the string on the table to form a playing area and take turns placing one of your magnets inside it. But be careful: magnets attract each other, and if any of them snap together, you have to collect all the magnets that stuck. The first player to get rid of all their magnets wins. Kluster Duo contains 12 large, unstable spinner magnets – much larger than the classic Kluster magnets – which makes every placement a tense little gamble. Where can you set your magnet down without pulling a neighbour across the table? Each turn changes the magnetic field and the space left for your opponent, so placing smart is just as important as having a steady hand. The game is made for two players, and it also features an Expert Mode for more competitive games than ever. Thanks to the included Kluster+ rules, you can combine Kluster Duo with other Kluster games to bring even more players together, so Duo also works as an expansion for Kluster Classic, for up to 6 players.
