Splendor: The Sun Never Sets – Strongholds and the Orient 🏰💎

Place your strongholds and explore the marvels of the Orient! Splendor: The Sun Never Sets is an expansion for Splendor by Marc André, illustrated by Paul Vérité and published by Space Cowboys. It is for 2 to 4 players aged 10+, and a game takes about 30 minutes.

It includes two modules that can be played independently with the base game, combined with each other, or mixed with other Splendor expansions. The Orient adds 30 new development cards – 10 for each level – that bring new powers to your engine and fresh combos to discover. In The Strongholds, each player has 3 strongholds: whenever you buy a card, you place or move one onto a face-up card on the table, or remove a lone rival stronghold. A card with your strongholds can only be bought or reserved by you, and with all three on one card you can conquer it for an extra purchase: place your strongholds and conquer! Together, the two modules add more interaction and more choices to Splendor's quick, elegant gem-trading race, while keeping the rules easy to teach. Please note: this is an expansion, so you need the Splendor base game to play.
