Skull – Flowers, a Skull and a Lot of Nerve 💀🌹

A classic game of bluffing and risk-taking. Skull by Hervé Marly, published by Space Cowboys, is a party game for 3 to 6 players aged 10 and up, in about 15 to 45 minutes.

Each player has four discs with identical backs – three flowers and one skull – and a player mat. At the start of a round, everyone secretly places one disc face down on their mat. Then, in turn, you either place another disc on top or open the bidding by announcing how many discs you think you can flip over without revealing a skull. Once the bidding is open, players must outbid or pass. The highest bidder becomes the Challenger and flips discs one at a time – starting with all of their own, then the top discs of the others. Reveal only flowers, and you win the round: your mat turns to its flower side, and a second win takes the game. Hit a skull, and you lose one of your discs for good. Lose them all, and you are out. Simple rules, a few discs – and plenty of tension and laughter around the table.
