Jamaica – The Great Pirate Race 🏴‍☠️⚓

In February 1678, after a long career of piracy, Henry Morgan got himself named Governor of Jamaica – and invited his former associates to settle there. Thirty years later, the Great Challenge celebrates his nomination: a race around the island. Jamaica 2nd Edition from Space Cowboys is for 2–6 players aged 8+, with games of about 30–60 minutes.

Designed by Sébastien Pauchon, Malcolm Braff and Bruno Cathala, with art by Mathieu Leyssenne, Jamaica is a classic gateway game with easy and clever rules. Each day, choose an action card for the day and the night: sail away, forage food, take doubloons and gunpowder, and fill your ship's holds. Engage in battles to steal from your rivals and detour to discover hidden treasures – but make sure you can pay the costs of the ports you land on. To win, cross the finish line and make sure you are the richest pirate of the race: the doubloons in your holds count, and so does your position at the end. The Space Cowboys edition comes in a classic square box with art and materials of the same quality as the original 2007 release. The rules have been slightly altered and streamlined, and are set in a classic booklet with coloured side tabs for easy reference.
