Ligretto Blue – Be Quick! ⚡🃏

No turns, no waiting – everyone plays at the same time. Ligretto from Schmidt Spiele is a fast card game for 2 to 4 players aged 8 and up, in about 10 minutes.

Each player gets their own set of 40 cards with a different back. You lay out a row of face-up cards in front of you (3 cards with 4 players, 4 with 3 players, 5 with 2 players), put a face-up Ligretto pile of 10 cards next to it and hold the rest in your hand. Then everyone starts at once: whoever has a 1 puts it in the middle, and anyone can add the next number of the same colour – 2, 3, 4 and so on up to 10. Several piles of the same colour can run at the same time. You may play from your row, from the top of your Ligretto pile or from your discard pile, where you turn over your hand cards three at a time. As soon as someone has played the last card of their Ligretto pile, they call »Ligretto Stop!« and the game ends at once. Each card you played into the middle scores 1 point, and each card left in your Ligretto pile costs 2 points. Fast hands and sharp eyes win.
