Unmatched: Little Red Riding Hood vs. Beowulf – A Fairy Tale Turns Fierce 🧺⚔️

In battle, there are no equals. Unmatched: Little Red Riding Hood vs. Beowulf is a standalone set for Unmatched, the highly asymmetrical, card-driven miniature fighting game from Restoration Games, published here by IELLO. It brings two very different heroes to fight each other – or to mix and match with any other Unmatched set.

Unmatched is a miniature fighting game for two or four players, and each hero is represented by a unique deck designed to evoke their style and legend. On one side stands the girl from the fairy tale with her basket, on the other the hero of the old epic, who brings his own rage tokens to the fight. Tactical movement and no-luck combat resolution create a unique play experience that rewards expertise: every card you play, every step you take on the board and every attack you hold back matters. The battle takes place on a double-sided board of the Heorot battlefield, featuring the art of Ian O'Toole with two graphical treatments, while the unique hero decks feature the art of Marc Aspinall. Pre-washed miniatures, plastic sidekick tokens and custom life trackers complete the set. The box contains a game board, 2 hero miniatures, 60 action cards (30 for each hero), 2 character cards, 1 basket card for Little Red, 4 health dials, 2 sidekick tokens, 3 rage tokens for Beowulf and a rulebook.
