Word Colony Kids – My First Words – Spell Your First Words 🔤⭐

Answer questions, win cards, spell words, score points. Word Colony Kids – My First Words by Dorian Sarmasan, published in English by Pegasus Spiele, brings the core ideas of Word Colony to the youngest players, for 1 to 4 players aged 5 and up.

This first box in the Word Colony Kids series is built around the first words children learn in the core areas of everyday life. Listen carefully to a question, answer it correctly and collect the matching letter cards, then arrange the letters into a word to build your own word colony. Correctly spelled words earn star cards, and the player with the most stars wins. Letter cards come in three difficulty levels marked by stars, and little picture snippets on the cards help children put the letters in the right order. Bright, colourful artwork and tactile components make every round inviting. More than 200 cards support four separate game modes: Trivia Quest is the standard game with questions and word building; in Speed Words everyone quickly grabs letter cards and builds as many words as possible; Edu 1-on-1 lets a parent or grandparent play calmly with one child; and Classroom Challenge brings several games together for a group. Every Word Colony Kids game also works on its own or combined with other boxes from the series.
