Qwixx On Board – Cross Off Numbers, Move Your Pawn 🎲🏁

Qwixx On Board by Steffen Benndorf and Reinhard Staupe (NSV) is the classic dice game Qwixx with a game board and pawns for even more options. It plays with 2–4 players in about 20 minutes.

Crossing off numbers works exactly as in the original Qwixx. The active player rolls all six dice. First, everyone may use the sum of the two white dice; then the active player may also combine one white die with one coloured die. On Board adds a third action, for the active player only: move your pawn 1–5 free spaces forward on the board, never backwards and skipping occupied spaces. There is one condition – you must use the number of the space you land on to cross off on your sheet, or you must already have crossed it off. The further your pawn gets, the more bonus points it earns at the end, up to 20. Because the active player has three chances to cross something off, missed throws become much rarer with clever use of the board. When a pawn reaches one of the last five spaces, everyone else gets one more turn and the game ends. It can still end the classic way, too – when two colours are locked or someone has four missed throws.
