Forest Shuffle: Alpine – Up to the Tree Line 🏔️🌲

Forest Shuffle: Alpine is the first expansion for Lookout Games' tactical card game about animals and the forest by designer Kosch. It adds 36 new multifunctional cards and is played with the Forest Shuffle base game, which is required.

The mountain forest of the Alps is home to numerous animals, plants and fungi, right up to the tree line. Gentians, eagles, marmots, chamois and Swiss stone pines all appear in this expansion. Their habitats differ from those of the lowland forest, but here too you will find synergies and valuable partnerships that score points. The expansion introduces two new tree species: the European larch and the Swiss stone pine. Setup stays simple – shuffle the new cards into the base game for even more variety. Just as in the base game, a number of cards are removed before the game begins, depending on the number of players. The rest of the familiar rules stay the same, so anyone who knows Forest Shuffle can start playing right away. The illustrations are by Toni Llobet and Judit Piella, as in the base game. All cards fit into the base game box, even when sleeved, and the expansion is manufactured from FSC-certified material.
