Dixit Harmonies – Where Opposites Find Their Balance 🎨🌗

Light and shadow, big and small, calm and storm – Dixit Harmonies is the 8th expansion for Libellud's storytelling game, with 84 new cards painted by Paul Echegoyen.

The idea behind this set is simple and beautiful: contrast is a source of harmony. Many of Echegoyen's richly detailed pictures put opposites side by side and let you decide which part of the image tells the story. That makes them great for storytellers who like a clue with two sides. Shuffle the cards into your Dixit game and play as usual. The storyteller chooses a card from their hand and gives a word, a phrase or even a sound. Everyone else secretly picks a card of their own to match, the cards are shuffled and revealed, and players vote for the storyteller's card. If everyone or nobody finds it, the storyteller scores nothing, so the strongest clues sit right in the middle. Because each picture holds more than one mood, the same card can lead to very different stories from round to round.
