Continuing the legacy of Katamino and Katamino Family, Katamino Tower by Marko Pavlović, published by Gigamic, is a logic puzzle with premium 3D wooden shapes. Your goal is to rebuild an intricate tower – and every piece has its own shape.

The tower is built from 15 wooden pieces: 10 curved pentominoes in five colours that go on the outside, and 5 rings that slide around the central pillar and can be rotated as you place them. Each piece has to fall into place from the top and can then be moved sideways. For solo play, the game becomes a challenging puzzle: depending on the difficulty level, you rebuild a tower with 2, 3, 4 or 5 levels. Beginner mode guides you with helpful piece-selection clues based on colour sets and gradually increases the difficulty. Expert mode introduces 40 challenge cards with solutions, where colours no longer matter. In the cooperative mode for two players, you take turns choosing one of the 15 pieces and placing it, and you can discuss your plans together. The aim is a flawless cylinder: every complete level without holes scores a point, and completing levels one after another earns increasing bonuses. Three game modes and a huge number of possible solutions keep the puzzle fresh.
