Mogel Motte – The Card Game Where Cheating Is Allowed 🦋🤫

Hide a card in your sleeve, let one slip under the table – in Mogel Motte (Cheating Moth) sneaky moves are part of the game.

In this family card game for 3 to 5 players aged 7 and up, everyone tries to get rid of their cards first. You play cards one number higher or lower than the top card – and when nobody is looking, you can quietly make one disappear. Only the player with the Guard Bug may not cheat.

🃏 One Up, One Down

Play a card exactly one higher or lower than the top card of the pile. Can't play? Draw a card.

🤫 Cheat – Carefully

Get rid of a card secretly, one at a time. Your last card must always be played openly.

🪲 The Guard Bug

One player watches the table. Catch a cheater and they take the card back, one extra card from the guard – and become the new guard.

🦋 Get Rid of the Moths

Moth cards can't be played normally and cost 10 points at the end, so you have to cheat them away.
