Cardline: Animals – Put Nature in Order 🐘📏

Is the ostrich heavier than the crocodile? Cardline: Animals by Frédéric Henry, published by Bombyx, is a quick card game for 2 to 8 players aged 7 and up, in under 15 minutes.

First choose which property you will play with: size, weight or lifespan. On your turn, play a card from your hand and place it in the right spot in the line of animals on the table – the values are only on the back, so you flip the card after placing it. Correct? The card stays in the line. Wrong? It is discarded and you draw a new card. With every card played, the line gets longer and the choices get harder, as the gaps between animals become smaller. The first player to place all their cards correctly in a round wins. It is a game of logic, intuition and memory – and everyone learns something new about animals along the way. The cards come in a small, sturdy metal tin.
