Play to Make It Happen – Turn a Wish into a Goal 🎯🗺️

A board game about your own goals – Play to Make It Happen was created by Sara Isaković, a performance psychologist and Olympic silver medallist, as a goal-setting tool in the form of a board game, for ages 13 and up.

Instead of reading a self-help book, you travel across a game board landscape. Each stop on the journey covers one part of setting and reaching a goal, and step by step the game guides you through twelve of them. You start with a wish and shape it into a clearly defined goal. Then you find your WHY – the real reasons the goal matters to you – choose your support system and look at the values behind it. You break the big goal into smaller steps and write them down as an action plan. Further stops deal with limiting beliefs, visualisation, staying calm and focused, and tracking your progress. Affirmation cards, quotes and physical reminders come in the box to help you keep going after the game is over. Fitness, career, relationships, money or sport – the method works for almost any personal goal.
