7 Wonders Architects: Medals – Every Decision Counts 🏅🏛️

The first expansion for 7 Wonders Architects by Antoine Bauza, published by Repos Production. Medals rewards you for completing objectives, so every decision helps you leave your mark on history – and stops your opponents from taking the lead. For 2 to 7 players aged 8 and up; the 7 Wonders Architects base game is required.

At the start of the game, Medals are placed between neighbouring players, to your left and right. To win a Medal, be the first to achieve its objective – for example, build two stages of your Wonder while holding the Cat pawn, gain two Military Victory tokens in the same battle, or have seven cards of any colour in front of you. This adds a new layer of strategy and much more interaction with your neighbours, while the game stays as quick and accessible as before. The expansion also brings two new Wonders with new effects, the Colosseum of Rome and the Ziggurat of Ur, and new Progress tokens that make you adapt your choices – including a new cat. Play the classic variant with Medals between players, or the Experts variant with two additional Medals in the centre of the table that are open to everyone. The cards are adapted for colour-blind players, with a symbol for each colour.
