Deep within the shattered cruiser stir dangers far worse than the Cerberus forces guarding it. You gather Shepard's squad from teammates of the Mass Effect trilogy – Liara, Tali, Wrex and Garrus – and fight your way through together. A branching narrative campaign allows multiple playthroughs with a different experience every time, because the story changes in response to your actions and your early choices influence later missions. Along the way you customise and upgrade your squad through experience and optional loyalty missions. A chapter takes about 45 minutes to an hour, and a story runs over 3 to 5 chapters. The box contains a rulebook, a narrative text book, a mission book, a campaign map board, 6 pre-assembled plastic miniatures, 5 squadmate sheets, 12 strategy dice, 2 Paragon dice, 64 hazard cards, 86 enemy tokens, 93 gameplay tokens, 15 tracking cubes, an enemy bag and a marker pen.
