Anarchy Pancakes – Stack Fast, Shout Loud 🥞⚡

Anarchy Pancakes is a speedy matching card game from the Dobble family by Zygomatic, created in collaboration with Exploding Kittens. Designed by Denis Blanchot, Jacques Cottereau and the Play Factory Team, it is for 2 to 6 players aged 8+, and a round takes about 5 minutes.

Each player gets two One-Topping cards and five Six-Topping cards, face down, and one more card is flipped in the middle as the Community Card. Count down from three, everyone flips their seven cards face up at once, and then there are no turns: everybody plays at the same time. Look for any topping on one of your cards that matches a topping on another player's card or on the Community Card, call out the topping and place your card on top of it. Every match gets a card off your table and brings you closer to winning. Once a card lands on another, the stack becomes permanent and moves as one card, but only its top card can be matched. You can't match your own cards, your cards must stay visible, and anyone who knocks a stack over has to straighten it before playing on. The first player to run out of cards shouts "Anarchy Pancakes" and earns a Slab o' Butter. Win two Slabs o' Butter and you win the game.
