Karibou Camp – Give the Secret Sign 🫎😜

A team party game of animal sets and secret signals. Karibou Camp by Lionel Borg and Jérémie Caplanne, illustrated by Rémy Tornior and published by Gigamic, is for 3 to 7 players aged 8 and up.

Team cards pair players up into teams of two. Cards are dealt, a row of cards is laid out in the middle of the table, and on the signal everyone swaps cards from their hand with the cards on the table at the same time . When a Scout card is played, the cards on the table are renewed. As soon as you have collected five identical animals, you have to tell your partner – but only with the secret sign that belongs to that animal. Each animal is linked to a body part: the moose to the tongue, the bear to the teeth, the marmot to the eyes, the raccoon to the hands, the squirrel to the ears, and so on. When your partner spots the sign, they grab the Giga-pawn and place it on the matching animal tile for two points each. Watch out: if an opponent reads your signal first, they can grab the pawn and take the points themselves. Mistakes give points to everyone else. With an odd number of players, one person plays alone as the Coyote. The first to nine points wins.
