Concordia Venus Expansion – Play Concordia in Pairs 🏛️🤝

Turn your Concordia into a team game – the Concordia Venus expansion by Mac Gerdts adds team play and a sixth player. You need the Concordia base game for city tokens, bonus markers, coins, storehouses and wooden pieces.

Venus brings team play for 4 or 6 players: two or three teams of two, with partners sitting opposite each other. When one partner plays a personality card, the other carries out its actions too, so you plan your moves together and win or lose as a pair. There is also a variant for 2 to 5 individual players. The game ends when the last card is bought from the display or someone builds their 15th house. A new double-sided board shows Ionium and Hellas. On Ionium, land colonists may cross the sea between Brundisium and Apollonia. For a tighter game with 2 or 3 players, the rules suggest leaving out the three Italian provinces. A separate card display has a variant side with different extra costs for any Concordia board. White wooden pieces and a storehouse let a sixth player join.
