Kingdomino Origins – Fire, Mammoths and Cavemen 🌋🦣

Go back in time to the prehistoric era of Kingdomino. Kingdomino Origins by Bruno Cathala, illustrated by Cyril Bouquet, is for 2 to 4 players aged 8 and up.

The game plays like the original Kingdomino – you pick dominoes and connect them to build your territory – but it introduces new components for additional actions and new ways to score points. Regions in your territory earn points only if they contain fire, which is either part of your terrains or earned by adding dominoes with volcanoes, whose lava projections bring fire to your camps. There are three game modes. The first introduces fire and volcanoes. The second adds wooden resources – mammoths, fish, flint and mushrooms – that you collect for points, with bonus points when you have the majority of a resource type. The third features cavemen: resources let you bring cavemen into your territory, and each type of caveman scores in its own way based on where you place it. The box contains 48 dominoes, 4 starting tiles, 4 3D huts, 8 wooden tribe chiefs, 22 caveman tiles, 4 totem tiles, 49 wooden resources, 10 fire tokens, a cave board and a scorecard notebook.
