Spicy – How Hot Can You Bluff? 🌶️🐯

Chili, wasabi and pepper – and a lot of bluffing. Spicy is a card game by Zoltán Győri, illustrated by Jimin Kim and published by HeidelBÄR Games, for 2 to 6 players aged 10 and up. It was on the Spiel des Jahres 2020 recommended list.

Play a card face down and announce a spice and a number – always higher than the last one in the same spice. You may bluff. Any other player can challenge the card, saying whether they doubt the number or the spice. Whoever wins the challenge takes the pile as points; the loser draws two cards. Play your last card without being challenged and you earn a trophy worth 10 points.

🌶️ Three Spices

🤔 Number or Spice?
