Loot Shoot Whisky – Showdown in the Saloon 🤠🥃

A typical Sunday afternoon in the saloon turns to chaos when a greenhorn drops his pouch of gold nuggets. Loot Shoot Whisky by Moritz Dressler, published by NSV in the pocket-sized MINNYS series, is a card duel for 2 players aged 8 and up, in about 5 minutes.

Four saloon cards lie face up in a row. Each round has two action phases: in each phase, you and your opponent secretly and simultaneously place one action card next to each of the two saloon cards closest to the deck. Then you reveal them. Whisky beats Shoot – you dodge the bullet. Shoot beats Loot – you land a hit. Loot beats Whisky – while the other one is drinking, you grab what you can. If you both played the same action, the saloon card is discarded. Choose carefully, because the cards you used in the first phase are not available in the second. You win immediately by collecting 9 gold nuggets, landing 4 shots or downing the whisky bottle in 3 big gulps. If the display can no longer be refilled, whoever holds the whisky bottle wins. Want more? Play several duels – whoever wins two first takes the match.
