Coyote – Everyone Knows but You 🐺🃏

Legend says the Trickster Coyote invented a game in which everyone has to lie, because nobody knows the truth. Coyote from HeidelBÄR Games is that kind of bluffing card game – quick to explain and full of suspicious looks.

At the start of each round, every player draws a card without looking and places it in their card stand facing outwards: you can see everyone else's number, but not your own. One more card lies face down in the centre, unknown to all. Now the bidding begins. Look at the cards you can see and announce what you think the total of all cards is – including your own and the hidden one. The next player must either raise the bid or challenge it. When someone challenges, all cards are revealed and added up, with special cards like ? and Max 0 changing the result. If the total is lower than the last bid, the challenger wins; otherwise the bidder does. The loser gives up a Peek card, and when your Peek cards are gone, you are out. The last player still in the game wins. A Trickster variant with the Coyote card adds an extra twist.
