Scythe Game Board Extension – More Room on Every Hex 🗺️⚙️

The Scythe Game Board Extension by Stonemaier Games is an accessory for the board game Scythe. It gives the map of Eastern Europa much bigger hexes – the content of the map stays the same. You need Scythe to use it.

In Scythe, all units and resources are kept on the board: characters, mechs, workers, structures and piles of resource tokens. Later in the game, some territories get very crowded. The extension solves that. The back side of the standard Scythe game board is printed to work with it: slide the extension next to the back side of the standard board, and together they form one complete board with hexes about 70% bigger. The standard game board measures 624 × 818 mm; with the extension, it grows to 818 × 939 mm. That means more space for your miniatures and tokens, an easier view of who controls which territory, and less nudging of pieces when you move a mech into a full hex. The rules and the map itself do not change, so you can switch between the standard board and the bigger one whenever you like. Check that your table has room for the larger board.
