Your trip is almost over and you still need souvenirs. In Souvenirs from Venice by Oink Games, designed by Jun Sasaki and Goro Sasaki, 2 to 5 players aged 8+ race through the canals of Venice in about 30 minutes.

The tiles laid out on the table form the city of Venice. On your turn, roll the special die and move your wooden gondola through the tiles, then buy souvenirs from the tiles nearby. There are six kinds: Venetian glass, Venetian masks, leather goods, gondolier shirts, squid ink pasta and fridge magnets. A souvenir only scores when you collect a set of three, and the most valuable kinds are also the rarest, so they are the hardest to complete. As more tiles turn face up, it becomes easier to find what you need – but once every tile has been flipped, time is up and the plane leaves. Anyone who has not made it back to the airport by then misses the flight. Watch out for the pigeon feed seller as well: flip him over and you must trade one of your carefully chosen souvenirs with the player next to you. Do you keep hunting for the rare set or head for the airport while you still can? The game comes from the design duo behind Deep Sea Adventure.
