UNO Teams! – Partner Up and Go Out Together 🃏🤝

UNO Teams! from Mattel plays like classic UNO – match colour, number or symbol – but you play in teams of two. For 2 to 4 teams aged 7+, which means 4 to 8 players.

Before the game, everyone picks a partner and sits across from them. Each player gets 7 cards, and then everyone passes one card to their partner – without hinting which card they would like to get. On your turn, play one card that matches the top card of the discard pile, or draw one if you cannot. The team cards help partners work together. Wild Team Play lets you choose a colour, and then play skips directly to your partner; if your partner cannot play, you draw 2 cards as a penalty. Wild Team Draw Four makes the next player draw 2 cards and lose their turn, and their partner must draw 2 as well. When you play a card with the passing symbol, you and your partner each pass one card to the other. If you run out of cards, your partner passes you half of their hand and you keep playing, and even when you are out, you are tagged back in whenever your partner has to draw cards. The first team to have both partners out of cards wins. Optional scoring rules let you play several hands to a points total.
