Quantik Mini – One Rule, Endless Tactics 🔷🟤

A single rule is enough to challenge your logic. Quantik Mini by Nouri Khalifa, published by Gigamic, is the compact edition of the abstract strategy game Quantik – for 2 players aged 8 and up, in about 15 minutes.

Each player takes 8 wooden pieces of one colour: 2 spheres, 2 cylinders, 2 cubes and 2 cones. The board is divided into four regions of four spaces. On your turn, place one of your pieces on an empty space – with one single rule: you may not place a shape in a row, column or region where your opponent already has the same shape. You may, however, repeat your own shape. The first player to place the fourth different shape in a row, column or region wins at once, no matter who owns the other pieces. And if you cannot place any piece on your turn, you lose. Fans of Quarto will feel at home – with a completely different kind of mental gymnastics.
