Panic Lab – The Amoebas Have Escaped! 🧪🦠

Cool heads, sharp eyes and fast hands wanted. Panic Lab by Dominique Ehrhard, illustrated by Maxim Cyr and published by Gigamic, is a real-time observation game for 2 to 10 players aged 8 and up, in about 10 to 30 minutes.

Arrange the 25 tiles in a circle and roll the four dice. The colour, shape and pattern dice show which amoeba you are looking for, and the lab die shows which laboratory it escaped from and in which direction it went. Everyone plays at the same time: follow the trail from that lab and touch the right amoeba first to win a counter. But it is not that simple. When the trail reaches an air vent, the amoeba slips through to the next vent, and every mutation room it passes changes its colour, shape or pattern. An amoeba that passes through four mutation rooms disappears – then you have to touch the fourth room instead. Touch the wrong amoeba and you hand back a counter. The first player with five counters wins.
