Wizard – Say How Many Tricks You Will Take 🧙🃏

Precision counts more than luck. Wizard by Ken Fisher, published by Amigo, is a classic trick-taking card game for 3 to 6 players aged 10 and up, in about 45 minutes.

In each round, every player receives one card more than in the round before. Once the cards are dealt and the trump suit is revealed, everyone predicts exactly how many tricks they will take – no more and no less. Then the tricks are played. Hit your prediction exactly and you score points; miss it and you lose points for every trick you are off. Four Wizards win the first trick they are played in, while four Jesters always lose – unless a trick has nothing but Jesters. With more cards in every round, predictions get harder and the tension rises until the very last deal. Scores are noted on the score pad.
