Azul: Summer Pavilion Mini – Mosaics on the Move 🌞🧳

Azul: Summer Pavilion Mini from Next Move Games packs the full game of Azul: Summer Pavilion into a travel-friendly format. Take it to the park, a café table or on a plane – plastic overlays hold the tiles snugly on the player boards, so nothing slides out of place. It is for 2–4 players aged 8+ and takes about 30–45 minutes.

The gameplay is the same as in the larger edition designed by Michael Kiesling. Over six rounds, you draft tiles from the factory displays and use them to fill the star-shaped patterns on your player board. Each space shows a number: to fill it, you must spend that many tiles of the star's colour, placing one and discarding the rest. Every round has a different wild colour, and wild tiles can stand in for other colours – but you always need at least one tile of the right colour. Timing your wilds well is key to scoring big. Surrounding special features on your board earns bonus tiles: one for a pillar, two for a statue and three for a window, which can set up powerful combinations. Careful planning and watching your opponents make every game tense. The box contains 132 resin tiles, 4 player boards, 1 supply board, 6 plastic trays, 9 factory displays, a start player token, a linen bag, a depot and a rulebook.
