King of Tokyo – Become the King of the City 🦖🎲

Play as a gigantic monster that destroys everything in its path! King of Tokyo from IELLO, designed by Richard Garfield and illustrated by Régis Torres, is a dice game for 2–6 players aged 8+, and a game takes about 30 minutes.

On your turn, roll the dice up to three times, keeping the ones you like, and make the strongest combinations you can. Numbers earn Victory Points, hearts heal your monster, lightning bolts give you energy and claws attack your rivals. Spend energy on power cards that give your monster new abilities, from extra heads to armour plating. The twist is Tokyo itself: the monster in the city scores points for staying there and hits every other monster at once, but it can't heal – and everyone outside attacks it. Will you hold on, or yield the city when your health runs low? It's up to you to adapt your strategy and become King of Tokyo at the right moment. The first player to reach 20 Victory Points wins the game – and so does the last monster standing. This 2nd edition features art by Régis Torres and a monster line-up that includes the Space Penguin and Cyber Kitty.
