Terraforming Mars: Ares Expedition – Discovery – Upgrade Your Phases 🚀🔴

An expansion for Terraforming Mars: Ares Expedition. Discovery by Nick Little, Sydney Engelstein and Jacob Fryxelius adds new ways to plan your turns – for 1 to 4 players aged 14 and up.

In Ares Expedition, phase cards decide which phases are played each round, and Discovery builds on that system. New project cards let you replace one of your phase cards with an upgraded version, and each phase card has two divergent upgrades, so you decide which direction your corporation takes. Discovery also brings back Awards and Milestones, so there are extra goals to compete for alongside terraforming. Four new corporations give you new starting positions. Discovery is an expansion and needs the base game Terraforming Mars: Ares Expedition to play. The box contains 38 project cards, 40 upgraded phase cards, 4 corporation cards, 16 VP tokens, 40 tag tokens, 18 Milestone and Award tiles and 3 card dividers.
