Sound Box – 13 Seconds of Acoustic Chaos 🎵🤣

A cooperative party game where you listen to your friends performing weird sounds as they try to make you guess all sorts of concepts. Sound Box by Hjalmar Hach and Lorenzo Silva, published by Horrible Guild, is for 4 to 7 players aged 8 and up, in about 30 minutes.

At the beginning of each round, Sound cards are placed on the board, and each Soundmaker draws a numbered token from a bag to find out which card is theirs. Think of a good sound for your card – you will have to imitate it so the Guesser can find your concept. Then the timer starts, and all Soundmakers perform their sounds at the same time. Get ready for 13 seconds of hilarious acoustic extravaganza: a monster attack, a guitar hero and a tennis match, all at once. When the timer runs out, the Guesser tries to find as many Sound cards as possible, one at a time. Each correct guess scores 1 point, but a mistake ends the round immediately. A different player is the Guesser each round. If your points reach the end of the Soundtrack, everyone wins together. But every Sound card left unguessed costs you life, depending on its numbered token, and if your Heart marker reaches the bottom of its track, everyone loses.
