Ticket to Ride: Poland – From the Baltic Sea to the Tatra Mountains 🚂🇵🇱
A compact new map for a tense evening of train-building – Ticket to Ride: Poland is Map Collection Volume 6.5 by Alan R. Moon, for 2 to 4 players aged 8 and up who already know and love Ticket to Ride.
You play a railway magnate in 1950s Poland, claiming routes between Polish cities from the Gulf of Gdańsk down to Zakopane. The twist is at the borders: new Special Routes link Poland to its neighbouring countries. As soon as your network connects two or more of them, you take the top Country card of each – and the sooner you get there, the higher the card. Keep an eye on your rivals, because the last card of a stack can slip away right before your turn. A game takes about 30 to 60 minutes.
🗺️ A Map of Poland
A new board with double routes and Special Routes that cross into the surrounding countries.
🃏 Country Cards
20 Country cards reward international links. Higher cards go to whoever connects first, so timing really matters.
🎫 35 New Tickets
Fresh Destination Tickets send you across Poland, and you start with 4 and keep at least 2.
🚃 35 Trains Each
You play with 35 trains instead of 45, which keeps the map tight and the choices sharp.
Why You'll Love It:
- ⏱️ Quick to Teach: only a few new rules on top of the classic game.
- 👀 Real Interaction: racing for Country cards means watching every move.
