Better Than Yesterday – One Small Challenge a Day 🌱☀️

Better Than Yesterday is a self-improvement challenge from What Do You Meme?, created with mindfulness expert and podcast host Case Kenny. 365 cards, one for every day of the year, push you gently out of your comfort zone.

The idea is simple: each day, take a card from the deck. It shows a task to complete by the end of that day. The prompts are designed to help you grow by trying new things, tackling a new mindset or taking a new approach to your personal well-being – and to leave you feeling positive about what you did. You might try a new food, or pay a compliment to a stranger. Some challenges are small, some take a little courage, but each one is something you can do in a single day. At the end of the year, you can look back and reflect on all the actions you completed over 365 days. Better Than Yesterday works as a personal project, but it can also be a healthy activity to share: friends, partners or family members can hold each other accountable and help one another grow. Because there are no points, no winners and no fixed playing time, it fits into any routine – on the breakfast table, on your desk or next to your bed.
