Grab your pickaxe and set off on an adventure to find precious items and mobs – both friendly and hostile – in the labyrinth. Minecraft Labyrinth from Ravensburger brings the classic sliding maze game by Max J. Kobbert into the blocky world of Minecraft, for 2 to 4 players aged 7 and up.

Before each game, the 34 maze tiles are shuffled and placed on the board to form a random maze, with one tile left over. Each player gets an equal share of the 24 picture cards and looks only at the top one: it shows the item or mob to find first. Every turn has two steps. First you insert the spare tile at one of the twelve arrows around the board, pushing a whole row of the maze along. Then you move your playing piece as far as you like along a connected path. If you end on the item you are looking for, you have found it and can look at your next card. Careful though – the walls may shift again just when you think you are close. With the optional pickaxe rule, each player may pass through one wall once per game. When you have found all your items, head back to your starting corner: the first player to get there wins. A tip for younger children is included, so the whole family can play together.
