Quoridor Mini – The Maze Race on the Go 🧱♟️

The classic maze race in a smaller box. Quoridor Mini by Mirko Marchesi, published by Gigamic, is the travel-size version of the abstract strategy game Quoridor for 2 or 4 players aged 8 and up, in about 15 minutes.

Your goal is simple: be the first to bring your pawn to the opposite side of the board. On your turn, you choose one of two actions – either move your pawn one square, or place one of your fences on the board to slow down your opponents. Fences make the path longer, but you can never close it completely – there must always be a way through for everyone. So every fence is a choice: do you race ahead now, or block the shortest route of your rival and save your own lead for later? With 2 players it is a tense duel, with 4 players everyone races to the opposite side at once. All the pieces are made of wood, and the game comes with a bag, so it is easy to take along on trips.
