Imagidice – Roll a Story 🎲📖

Twelve dice full of pictures and ideas. Imagidice by Emily Daly, illustrated by Stéphane Escapa, is a non-competitive dice game from Gigamic for 2–12 players, in about 10–20 minutes.

Imagidice features 12 dice with pictures from popular categories. You can use them as a conversation starter, as a language learning tool or for telling stories – and you might even come up with clever ideas of your own. A simple way to play: roll the dice, then take turns choosing a die and continuing a shared story with its picture, until all the dice have been used. There are no winners or losers – the fun lies in the story you create together. Imagidice is a great way to fuel creativity and get people talking, whether at the kitchen table, on a rainy afternoon or in a language class. Gigamic also offers free downloadable teacher's notes and student worksheets with ideas for 40 activities, such as alliteration, comparatives, adjectives, sentence building and tenses. Because the dice show pictures, you can tell your stories in any language.
