In Magenta: Duos (a.k.a. Team Play), you compete in teams of two to score points by completing ever-changing goals. On your turn, draw cards, secretly pass 1–2 cards face-down to your teammate, then slam down completed patterns in any order you like. It’s fast, clever, and delightfully tactical—because your partner might be holding exactly what you need… if you pass the right card at the right time.

🃏 Draw, Pass, and Combo

Each turn is a mini puzzle: draw two cards, pass 1–2 cards face-down to your teammate, then complete one or more goals in whatever order you wish. Smooth teamwork and sharp timing create huge swing turns.

🔢 Numbered Cards, Endless Patterns

Cards are numbered 1–8 in magenta and blue, with multiple copies of each. Goals ask you to build specific sets and sequences—like four blue cards in a row, three matching even numbers, or two magenta cards that add up to a third.

🎯 Personal Goals + One Public Goal

Each player has a personal face-up goal to chase, and there’s also one shared public goal anyone can claim. As soon as you have the right cards, discard them to score—then reveal a new goal. The player who achieved it can even reject the first replacement, keeping the pressure on.

🏁 Race to Eight Goals

Once a team completes eight goals, each player gets one final turn—then the team with the most points wins. Tight finish, big cheers, and immediate “run it back” energy.
