Belratti – Which Pictures Are Real, Which Are Fake? 🎨🦉

A communicative family game in two teams. Belratti by Michael Loth, illustrated by Vipin Jacob and Gaël Lannurien and published by Kosmos, is the multi-award-winning cooperative picture association game, completely re-illustrated – for 3 to 7 players aged 8 and up, in about 25 minutes.

The players split into Painters and Museum Directors, but everyone plays on the same side against the art forger Belratti. The Museum Directors reveal two theme cards and decide how many pictures the Painters must deliver for the two exhibitions. The Painters then agree among themselves who has suitable image cards in hand – without describing or showing them – and secretly add them. After that, Belratti slips in four forgeries from the deck. Now the cards are revealed, and the Museum Directors discuss which pictures belong to which theme and which ones might be fakes. Correctly assigned pictures score for your team, while every forgery that sneaks into an exhibition scores for Belratti. With 192 image cards there are endless combinations. Jokers let you adjust the difficulty yourself, and the new "Masterpieces" variant offers quick rounds in between. It also works well for larger groups or as a party game.
